About Nathan

​Work: I have worked within the health and social care sector for the last 4 years covering various roles including Support Worker, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Residential Branch Manager, Area Manager and now Business Manager. I previously worked for the NHS covering mental health services. My passion is to provide quality care whilst ensuring staff are treated fairly and have all the required training that they need to fulfil their role and provide exceptional levels of person-centred care.

Personal: When I’m not focusing on work and the quality of care we provide, I will usually be spending time with my partner, daughter Poppy and son Harry. We love spending days out as a family over the weekends and are big on keeping the children entertained and busy whilst constantly looking for our next holiday, obviously…
