How does it work?

As a registered candidate, you qualify for the referral scheme when you recommend a care worker friend to us. Once we place your friend in a permanent role you will receive a £250 voucher*!

How do I refer somebody?

If you know somebody who is currently job seeking within the care sector, don't hesitate to recommend them to us today! All we need is your details (so we know who to reward!) and then your friends name, occupation, contact details and confirmation that they give their consent.
