Sales Account Manager

My client is an innovative industrial refrigeration business, that design, develop and maintain cost effective, industrial refrigeration solutions. Ideal Candidate would have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in the commercial/ industrial refrigeration sector (preferred but not essential)

  • Experience in account management, managing up to 10 customer accounts across the Midlands, East Anglia and South East.

  • Confident in attending regular meetings with customers to discuss performance, issues, and improvements.

  • The ability to establish long term customer relationships.

  • Ability to establish customer’s operational business objectives, needs and requirements to provide a related solution.  

  • Become knowledge of the pricing structure, can quote proactive service works and minor project works through an online system (JobLogic).

  • Ability to work independently after initial introduction to business, and to customers.

  • Regular engagement with engineers on site and build relationships across the business.

  • Contribute to the sales growth of the existing Commercial Key Accounts through effective and pro-active management of the relationship to achieve long-term growth and profitability, thereby consistently achieve value, volume and margin targets.

  • Identify and target potential new business and manage all stages of securing business.

Must have/be:

  • A minimum of 2 years Sales Account Management Experience

  • Able to demonstrate experience in a similar role

  • A Passion for sales coupled with excellent results

  • A Team Player and Customer Focused and engage with all areas of the business.

  • Have great communication skills and present the company to its high standards.

  • Polite, professional and have an articulate manner.
