We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and will provide support to the Management Team and existing administrative team.
This is full-time, office-based position.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Provide administrative support to management and care teams.
·Assist with recruitment tasks, including collecting and verifying references, and screening application forms.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in paper form.
·Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
·Use DocuSign for managing documents and obtaining electronic signatures.
·Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings.
·Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
·Oversee office supplies and equipment.
·Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required.
·Maintain accurate safeguarding records and ensure appropriate communication with relevant managers.
·Perform any additional duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
 
·Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
·Experience with DocuSign or similar document management software.
·Experience in a schools or care environment is preferred but not essential.
·Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
