Adult Support Worker

Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for Support Workers to provide support to Adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication difficulties and end of life pathway.
Responsibilities include:
·Supporting people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
·Supporting people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
·Supporting the management of people's finances.
·Keeping people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
·Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
·And enjoying what you do!
