The project entails the construction of several bespoke bungalows, each valued between £500,000 to £600,000. These eco-friendly homes are designed to the highest specifications, offering sustainable living solutions in a picturesque setting.
Requirements:
Ideally, candidates should possess SSSTS or SMSTS certification, although our client is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Additionally, candidates ideally would have NPORS or CPCS certification.
More importantly, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential construction, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Interview Process: Candidates will have the opportunity to meet the team for the interview. While in-person meetings are preferred, arrangements can be made for virtual interviews via Teams if necessary.
Ideal Candidate Location: The ideal candidate will reside in Mid Suffolk to Norfolk, as their work will span across locations from Mid Suffolk to areas like Diss and Attleborough in Norfolk.
Salary: Our client is offering a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. They are seeking a permanent team member who demonstrates the potential for growth and progression within the company.
