Atrium Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of a client for CQC Registered Care Manager (Supported Living).
 
It's a unique supported living project, who can make an active difference to the life of a young man with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. This is a rare opportunity in care, where you will be given the time and support to strive for the highest standards, and lead a project, which hopes to show that individuals with disabilities can be given the best opportunities.
 
It is also a rare opportunity for a manager as the company offers you the chance to innovate, and build a project, rather than follow in another's footsteps.
 
The client is supportive of their staff maintaining a healthy work-life balance and recognise this can be different in care. The manager would attend the project 5 days weekly, which will include alternate weekends.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·As manager, you will be closely involved and responsible for all aspects of care.
·You will be responsible for the practical management of the project and ensuring the maintenance of CQC guidelines.
·You will be responsible for securing the highest quality of life and maintaining excellent standards of care across the team.
·You will need to be an active part of the team, working hands-on with energy and enthusiasm, but you also need to be a dynamic leader, able to train and manage staff.
 
Essential:
 
·Knowledge and experience of working with people who have physical disabilities and sensory impairments.
·Has or is working towards, an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
·Experience of managing a 24/7 rota.
·Is reliable and flexible.
·Has valid and Full UK driving license.
·Ability to communicate verbally and in written communication.
·Experience of using IT, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. 
 
Salary:
 
£32,000.00 - £38,000.00 per year
