Cleaner/ Grounds Maintenance Operative
Pay Rate - £11.44 per hour
We are currently looking for a Cleaner/Grounds Maintenance Operative for our client. They are a company based in Cambridge. The work itself will prominently be in the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire area. You will work with another colleague who works for the company so will be picked up and taken to the jobs. The ideal candidate will live somewhere between Stevenage and Royston. Our client would ideally like someone with experience in these types of roles, however they are willing to consider candidates with no experience in these types of roles, should they possess the right attitude to both the work and learning the duties involved.
Duties:
Regular weeding of beds (which will include weed killing)
Vacuuming of communal areas, i.e., stairways.
Seasonal pruning and deadheading
Cleaning of any glass partitions and inside of windows
Cleaning the site and leaf removal
Cleaning of Bin Stores
Hedge cutting
Qualities Required:
Excellent Communication Skills
Reliable and punctual
Polite and courteous to all clients and team members.
Ability to work independently when required.
Previous ground maintenance or cleaning experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
