Atrium Healthcare are a leading care recruitment agency based in Norwich, Cambridge & Hull. We are now seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and community-based care organisations.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Identifying and sourcing qualified healthcare candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conducting candidate interviews and screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating salaries and contract terms.
Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities.
Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A passion for helping people and making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.
What we offer:
Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 poer annum (Dependant on experience level)
Genuine OTE of up to £40,000 per asnnum

33 Days Holiday per year + Birthday off
