Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for HR Advisor.
 
Our client, a respected organisation in the social care sector, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support services. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a background in the social care setting to join their team. The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager overseeing and managing all HR processes for employee matters, including handling disciplinary actions, conducting thorough investigations, and managing grievances.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff on all HR-related issues.
·Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
·Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
·Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
·Support staff development through training programs and career progression initiatives.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations, particularly those relevant to the social care sector.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
·Level 5 CIPD qualification is essential.
·Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role within the social care sector.
·Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
·Proficient IT skills and HR information systems.
