Atrium Healthcare are currently recruiting a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our client based in Norwich.
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to assist the marketing function of our clients brand by providing accurate, detailed and timely support for the function and wider business and assist with delivering commercial projects in time and on budget; whilst identifying and capitalizing on every opportunity to gain maximum exposure of the brand.

Responsibilities:
·Support the creation of social media content; developing knowledge of the target audience.
·Provide project specific marketing administration support
·Providing support for off-line events including stand dressing and provision of marketing collateral.
·Supporting with the production of marketing collateral which links the business with topical issues or annual events.
·Use brand guidelines to assist with the creation of marketing artefacts and visual identity.
·Attend and support some events and exhibitions with the account manager to understand where we best allocate resources and continuously improve our presence - This may include travel
·Organise collateral and materials for events for the sales team - this will include a limited amount of warehousing time.
·Create clear design and project briefs for the marketing agency to ensure a quick turnaround
·Support with the creation and coordination of branded merchandise, including logistics planning.
·Assist with the production of sales support material including information documents, scripts and marketing collateral.
·Provide support to the Marketing Communication Specialist.
·Update websites and the digital asset management system (DAM) with up-to-date content
·Analyse data from marketing campaigns and evaluate results

You will:
·Ideally have a marketing or business related qualification
·Ideally have experience in events management and working with content management systems (CMS)
·Experience in a marketing role
·Excellent proof reader
·Be a confident and outgoing person
·Tenacious, organised, creative and commercially focused
·Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
