Atrium Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a client for Property Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to property management team.

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease documents and maintaining tenant files.

  • Coordinate and schedule property showings for prospective tenants.

  • Assist with rent collection and accounts receivable tasks.

  • Prepare and distribute tenant correspondence, such as notices and memos.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.

  • Assist with organising and maintaining property files and records.

  • Support property managers in coordinating maintenance requests and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants.

Salary/Package:

  • Basic salary up to £24,000 DOE.
