Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant

£25,000 - £40,000 Base salary (DOE) + Uncapped commission

6 months+, Sales or Recruitment experience essential.

The Role and your responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.

  • Providing professional advice on the job market whilst managing expectations.

  • Reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and screening them before preparing them to interview with our clients. As well as implementing new candidate attraction strategies.

  • Managing the recruitment process:including negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates.

  • Business Development:Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates, and establish long term professional relationships in your industry.

You will have.

  • A proven track record of success.

  • The ability to nurture relationships with existing clients whilst developing lasting ones with new clients brought on board.

  • Posses the ability to work under pressure.

  • Have high levels of resilience.

  • At least 6 months experience in a Previous Recruitment role or experience working in Sales environment (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C).

  • A great work ethic and be ambitious and want to progress and be successful.

  • Extremely competitive commission structure; no threshold on temps and payable threshold on perms and up 22.5% commission.

  • Realistic OTE for Consultants of £35-£45K, Realistic OTE for Experienced Senior Consultants £50- £65K.
