Looking to progress to a Registered Home Manager?
 
If you have a background in supporting children who experience EBD and are capable of management responsibilities, we'd like to speak to you about leading this 4-bedded home in Maylandsea, to continued greatness. Everything is already in place for your arrival with an Ofsted "good" thanks to the long-standing team in place, consisting of a Deputy Manager, 3 Team Leaders and a group of Support Workers.
 
You'll oversee the day to day running of this children's home, including clear and effective procedures for monitoring and controlling the activities of the home as well as holding accountability for the home's financial viability and reputation.
 
Along with the Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce, it's ideal that you'll already have completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Don't worry if you haven't - if your experience is right then my client can enrol you into the course right away and bring you up to speed.
 
 
Please be aware that you'll need a driver's license and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
