Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for Registered Manager - Adult Care.
 
The client provides support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviours and other disabilities within their own homes through supported living services. You will manage your staff team of Service Managers, who in turn are ensuring supervisions, team meetings, work and medication observations, probation and appraisals are all completed in line with KPIs set.
 
We are looking for candidates who have:
 
· Extensive experience of management at a senior level.
· Experience of working within a profit and loss environment and working within agreed budgets.
· Experience and is fully conversant with national care standards and regulations.
· Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
 
Salary:
 
· £38,000 per annum.
 
To apply you will need to already hold one of the following qualifications:
 
· 2 years' residential experience.
· QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
· Track record of proven CQC success.
