Registered Manager - EBD Children's Home

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Manage the day-to-day running of the home.
·Lead and mentor a team of care staff.
·Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.
·Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
·Develop individualised care plans and therapeutic support for young people.
 
Requirements:
 
·Level 5 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) (or equivalent).
·Experience in managing a children's residential home.
·Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and EBD needs.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
·Full UK driving license.
 
Salary:
 
·Up to £50,000 per year + registration bonus + performance bonus.
