Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker

Atrium Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of a client for Senior Support Workers to provide support to Children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/ Learning difficulties.
As a full time, Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the registered manager to provide a safe and loving environment for a group of children who face challenges that come with emotional disorders and learning difficulties which have a debilitating impact on everyday life.
You'll hold the relevant qualification(s) and have experience working within a children's residential environment. You'll be able to motivate, nurture and maximise the potential of a small group of children in care, to live their lives to the fullest.

Desirable:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Behaviour management skills and knowledge of safeguarding.
Essential:
- Full UK Driving License.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
