Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, including preparing estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects in various sectors.

  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier selection, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters, resolving disputes or variations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Perform regular site visits and inspections, assessing progress, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including cost reports, cash flow projections, and final accounts, to track project performance and support decision-making processes.

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Estimator (preferably with a tier 1 contractor) in the construction industry, with experience in managing projects across various sectors.
