Our client is looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join their friendly and professional team to work in their fabulous kitchen in Cambridge. Our client is Cambridge University College where they will look for you to learn their menu, and bring your own creative flair, and be a great team player. You will play an important role in the preparation of high-quality dishes in a busy, fun, fast paced environment.
The ideal Chef will have
Professional kitchen experience.
Be a Team Player and have previous Sous Chef experience.
Excellent Communication Skills
Reliable and punctual
Polite and courteous to all clients and team members.
Ability to work independently when required.
NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Professional cookery
