The Role:

·Work closely with our Head Chef to create a unique experience, and to help coach more junior staff.
·Demonstrate expert culinary techniques in food preparation, cooking, and plating to consistently deliver dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
·Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, waste reduction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
·Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment, through coaching and supporting more junior members of the team.
 
Requirements:

·Proven Experience; Bring 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
·Be used to working in a high-volume environment, our client does up to 400 covers per day.
·Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail.
·Effective Communication: Work well within a team, communicating effectively and maintaining a positive attitude even during busy shifts.
·Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with culinary trends and industry best practices to consistently enhance your skills.
