As a Residential Support Worker, you'll become a part of creating a safe and supportive home environment for a small group of children up to the age of 18. These children face difficulties surrounding Emotional / Behavioural Disorders such as ADHD, BPD or Learning Difficulties / ASD.
 
With your understanding of psychological development and the impacts of diverse childhood experiences, you'll have the foundational tools to make your career a success in this industry. A key part of this role is acting as a positive role model - leading the children to maximising their potential as they prepare for a life outside of care.
