We're recruiting for Support Workers to join one of the biggest names in children's services. Combining home life and education, this national service provider is looking for the next generation of superheroes. The children that use our client's services will require support with Emotional Behavioural Disorders or Autism/Learning Difficulties.
You'll receive a thorough induction, so you'll have what you need to implement and maintain clear and consistent boundaries from day one. When you're fully inducted, the responsibilities you'll adopt will be that of a professional parent; building professional and trustworthy relationships to maximise the children's potential, as they proceed through an essential part of their childhood.
This position is offering a starting salary of £23,322 if you're new to the industry and without the relevant qualifications. You'll also get the chance to increase earning potential through committing to sleep-ins. (For more information on sleep-ins, give us a call).
