Support Worker

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for dedicated Residential Children Support Workers to join a passionate team supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Shift Pattern: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
·Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a residential setting
·Support children with day-to-day activities and promote their emotional and social development
·Work as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing environment
·Handle challenging behaviour with patience and understanding
Requirements:
·Previous experience working with children, preferably in EBD support
·NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
·Excellent communication and team working skills
·A compassionate, resilient, and positive attitude
·Full UK driving license
